Rule 34
Provisions related to transfer
: (1) Armed police personnel will be transferred as per the requirements under this regulation.
(2) Armed police personnel will be transferred only within their group, sub-group.
(3) When transferring in accordance with sub-rule (1), the geographical area of ​​"A" and "B" category will not be transferred for a period of more than eighteen months.
(4) Armed police personnel shall not normally be posted for more than eighteen months and three years at the same location in a sensitive location. Explanation: For the purpose of this sub-rule, "sensitive place" means a place designated by the Government of Nepal as sensitive from the point of view of security.
